Adding the MailChimp Form Plugin for WordPress

If your website is built with WordPress and you use MailChimp for email marketing, ContactUs.com offers a MailChimp Form Plugin for WordPress to easily add a beautiful newsletter signup form powered ContactUs.com by a onto your website.

There are two ways to download and install the ContactUs.com MailChimp plugin: A) Download and install the MailChimp Form Plugin from your WordPress Admin panel, and B) Downloading from the WordPress Plugin Directory.

These instructions will cover both.

Downloading from WordPress Admin Panel

  1. Log into your WordPress.org account as an administrator.
  2. Go to the “Plugins” section from the side panel, and choose “Add New”.
  3. Search for “MailChimp Form Plugin by ContactUs.com” and click on install.
  4. Search_MailChimp_Form_Plugin.jpg
  5. WordPress will automatically install the plugin into your account.
  6. Once completed, go to your list of plugins (bottom left of the panel), and click on “Activate”.
  7. After the plugin is activated, open the MailChimp Form Plugin by ContactUs.com.


   Downloading from WordPress Plugin Directory.
  1. Go to WordPress Plugin Directory (http://wordpress.org/plugins/).
  2. Search for “MailChimp Form Plugin by ContactUs.com”.
  3. After you found the Plugin, click on Download. The file should start downloading as .zip
  4. After it’s downloaded, log into your WordPress.org account as an administrator.
  5. Go to the “Plugins” section from the side panel, and choose “Add New”.
  6. Click on “Upload” and select the downloaded file from your computer. It should be in the “Downloads” folder.
  7. After it has uploaded, click on Install. WordPress will automatically install the plugin into your      account.
  8. Once completed, go to your list of plugins (bottom left of the panel), and click on “Activate”.
  9. After the plugin is activated, open the MailChimp Form Plugin by ContactUs.com.
