Newsletter Form Placement

Follow
  1. DEFAULT FORM places your default Callout Tab + default form in all of your website pages. Turning CUSTOM on removes the DEFAULT FORM, and only places the forms you choose, on the locations you specify.
  2. In PAGE SELECTION you will see all of your WordPress pages. You will also be able to choose weather or not to show a specific Callout Tab on your Blog home page and your blog posts.
  3. The TAB button, is to display a tab.
  4. The Embedded Form button, (Where available), is to show the “Embedded Form”. The Embedded Form is an open form placed directly on your post or page.
  5. Remember you have to choose what form/tab combination for each form placement. And save for each.
