ZOHO: How to set up deliveries from the ContactUs.com Forms to your Zoho Campaign Lists

This quick step by step guide will show you how to integrate any ContactUs.com Form Type with your Contacts Lists inside Zoho Campaigns App. Please note that the campaigns are ment for newsletter mailing lists, so all the information that you will receive from ContactUs.com into Zoho is the name, last name and the email of the subscriber. 

**PLEASE NOTE: THE ZOHO CRM ASKS FOR A MANDATORY DOUBLE OPT-IN AND THE CONTACTS WILL NOT ARRIVE TO ZOHO UNTIL THEY CONFIRM THE SUBSCRIPTION

(Double Opt-in definition: A user has subscribed for a newsletter or other email marketing messages by explicitly requesting it and confirming the email address to be her own. This is usually done by responding to a confirmation email sent to the email address in question.

This eliminates the chance of abuse where somebody submits somebody else's email address without their knowledge and against their will.)**

Follow this quick guide to successfully sync your forms to Zoho:

STEP 1

Watch the video to get into the Zoho Integration settings of your form:  

 STEP 2

Once you are in the Zoho integration settings, inside ContactUs.com, you need to toggle the integration switch to "ENABLED" and look for your Auth Token and List Key inside your Zoho account, right on the Campaigns App.

 

 STEP 3

You need Zoho's keys in order to get this done so go into Zoho's homepage and Sign In. Then, you need to look for your "Campaigns App" to get them. If you don't have the "Campaigns" App already on your Home, click on My Account and search for it on the list showing on the right side of your screen. 

 STEP 4

Once you are on the Capaigns app, go to the Settings module and click on API & Callback.

Copy and keep handy your Auth Token:

Get your List Key:

Copy and paste your keys, hit save and then Save and Publish:
