The reply buttons in the 2-way email conversation module

The reply buttons on each of the messages in an email conversation thread add the the Subject and conversation history up to that point in the thread into the message field.

This helps you respond to the exact message you want to respond, saving you both time and giving you a better strategic lever when it comes to managing the informational context of the message your are sending.

Sometimes its important to add the context of the conversation either by adding the entire history of the conversation or by branching out into a new conversation by going back and replying ot an earlier message from your leads.
