Navigating to the Form Settings Module


Once you’re registered with and you’ve activated your account, your first step should probably be to configure you ContactUs form experience from inside the Client Admin.  Upon entering the Client Admin, the default screen will be the client dashboard.  Since you’re new to, there won’t be any data housed in your account yet.  Your first step will be to enter into the “Forms” from the upper-bar (see the figure below):

 From there, you'll be able to fill in and customize your ContactUs form experience:

  1. Business Information
  2. Additional Information
  3. Social Media
  4. Business Hours
  5. Form Templates
  6. Tab Settings
  7. Mobile Settings
  8. Facebook App
  9. Thank You Page Options
  10. Follow-Up Email Options
  11. Delivery Options
