Lead Management Tool (Part 2: Notes Module)


The “Notes” module allows you to take notes on individual leads (for instance, adding notes on a recent phone conversation with the sales prospect).  Each individual note is time-stamped, and logged in the ContactUs.com Lead Management System for review at any time.


Adding a New Note

1. To add a new note, click on the Contacts Panel, in the main navigation panel

2. Then search and click on the contact you want to update.


3. Click on the Notes Tab, on the Contact Management Sub Menu.

4. Once there create the note and then categorize the kind of not it is. Do so by choosing from the not type from the dropdown list and then hit save.

5. Done! :)
