How to see Lead & Call Reports


This dashboard view tracks the most recent leads and calls (if call-tracking is enabled) entering the Client Admin from ContactUs forms. 

Clicking on each individual row will open up the Lead Management Tool.

The last column tracks the recipient response from Follow-Up Email that was sent to the prospect after the initial lead submission.  Each of the mail icons reports on a different metric, in this order:

  1. Was the email successfully delivered to the email address provided?
  2. Was the email opened by the recipient
  3. Did the user click the redirect link within the email?
  4. Did the user click the unsubscribe link within the email?
  5. Did the user file a spam complaint because of the email? (infrequent)
