Our Smart Triggers are now even Smarter! We've developed a feature that enables you to choose when the triggers are On and Off on your website. For example, if you are using a delayed pop up trigger on a live chat form to engage visitors into a live chat session, it would be wrong to show the pop up and not being online to chat with the prospect because you're out of the office.
It was hard to organize this settings but those days are over. With the Trigger Schedules you can set different schedules for each day of the week, or even select specific days for the trigger to happen.
Follow these quick instructions to get into the Trigger Schedules and set the best time for your needs:
1. Login to your ContactUs.com account and click on Forms
2. Select the Form to which you want to set Triggers Schedules
3. Go to Form Triggers and 4. go to Trigger Schedules
5. Once you get there, set the daily schedule for the triggers of your form, toggle the Switch on, and make sure to Save & Publish the changes.
That's it, you've successfully set Smart Trigger Schedules for your form.
