The Chat reports are here to help you measure and analyze statistics of the current usage of your Live Chat Forms. With these, you'll be able to get metrics on Sent Messages, Customer Activity (minutes), Number of Inbound Chats, etc.
This useful feature is just a few clicks away, login to your ContactUs.com account and then follow this path to get in there:
1. Click on Reports> 2. Click on Chat Report> 3. Select the Custom Range you want to see> 4. Click on Generate to generate the report
Once you've generated the Chat Report, you can Export data into several types of files, copy or print it. Also, hover the mouse over the bar charts to get the information of each or select the values you need to see by clicking on them.
