Auto-Responder email is not being sent: How to fix it


Sometimes, while setting up your custom automations, the autoresponders seem not to be working. The majority of cases are resolved after reviewing every setting thoroughly.

We have done a list of the possible set up errors that could cause this to help you out if you find trouble with this:

1. Your Contact Email field was left as a blank space: 

2. The Form Key is not correct. Make sure you are applying the correct setting for the correct form:

3. Make sure the event is marked as "Auto-Responder":

4. Make sure the event is "Active":
